Dr. Nightengale-Lee partners with school districts, nonprofits, and community-based organizations to design, strengthen, and evaluate educational experiences that are culturally efficacious, humanizing, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Her work blends scholarship, community knowledge, and creative expression to help institutions move from intention to impact.

All offerings are interactive, relational, and tailored to the specific goals, contexts, and communities of each organization.

Professional Development & Workshops

These hands-on workshops support educators and youth-serving professionals in developing the knowledge, tools, and practices necessary to cultivate learning spaces rooted in dignity, voice, and justice. Sessions draw from culturally sustaining pedagogy, humanizing education, hip hop literacies, and critical literacy research.

Most requested workshops include:

  • Activating student voice through music, hip hop, and literacy

Nonprofit Program Design, Development & Evaluation

Dr. Nightengale-Lee works closely with nonprofits and community organizations to design and evaluate programs that are culturally grounded, youth-centered, and outcomes-driven. Her approach centers community knowledge while aligning programs with funder expectations and evidence-based frameworks.
